SKI - MARATHON PREPARATION CAMP
DECEMBER - MARCH
Equipment: ski (if necessary by us)
Clothing: ski clothes (warmer, lighter), casual clothes
Overnight stay: 4 nights (twin room)
Meals: 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners
Excellent tracks for skiing training with an experienced and professional coach whose advice will help you enhance your workouts and develop yourself. Both naturally and culturally intresting and beautiful places and regions of Estonia. We focus thoroughtfully on skiing marathons. There´s fun, enough challenges, training and enjoyment.
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to the hotel, and exploration of Tallinn's Old Town. Shared dinner, having a good time, enjoyable sports stories.
Day 2: Breakfast, travel towards training place in Otepää. Check-in at the hotel. In the evening, check the equipment and have a skiing training session. Professional tips and recommendations, enjoyable dinner.
Day 3: Breakfast, skiing training and enjoyable sauna, lunch and dinner at Otepää skiing mecca.
Day 4: Breakfast, skiing training and traditional sauna again. Relaxing and shared dinner at the hotel, sharing impressions and experiences.
Day 5: After breakfast, enjoyable return to Tallinn Airport.
SKI - TARTU MARATHON
15.-16.02.2025
Distance: 63 km classic (CT), 31 km classic (CT)
Equipment: classic skis
Clothing: ski clothes (warmer, lighter), casual clothes
Overnight stay: 4 nights (twin room)
Meals: 4 breakfasts, 2 dinners
Wonderful ski trail through Estonian forests, hills and fields. One night in Tallinn at the beginning of the trip and an Old Town tour in the winter capital of Estonia. Three nigts in Otepää the Estonian ski mecca. Training day on the marathon track, including ski waxing and technique consuldation. Leave everything to us, You enjoy skiing and beautiful Estonian winter.
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to the hotel, and exploration of Tallinn's Old Town. Shared dinner, having a good time, enjoyable sports stories.
Day 2: Breakfast, morning walk and exercise in the Old Town park. Travel towards Tartu where we will visit the marathon expo and pick up the race numbers. Continue towards picturesque Otepää. In the evening, check the equipment and have a small training session. Professional tips and recommendations.
Day 3: Breakfast and opportunity to participate in the freestyle technique marathon. Small training session and ski maintenance in Otepää for the rest of the day.
Day 4: Breakfast and at 9 AM, start of the Tartu Ski Marathon. Transfer to the start and from the finish to the hotel. Shared dinner at the hotel, sharing impressions and experiences.
Day 5: After breakfast, enjoyable return to Tallinn Airport (3 hours).
