HIKE - SHORT
ALL SEASONS
Equipment: hiking stuff (if necessary by us)
Clothing: hiking clothes (warmer, lighter), casual clothes
Overnight stay: 2 nights (twin room) or camping
Meals: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners
Peace and quiet, breathtaking views, nature that enchants and authentic food prepared over a campfire. There are things that can`t be described with words only experienced and felt. Estonian nature is very clean, diverse and in some places very primeval.
Day 1: Let's meet in the morning (in Tallinn) and head to the bog (South-Estonia or East-Estonia). We´ll settle in comfortably, cook over the campfire and in the evening we´ll head to the bog. Shared dinner in hotel, having a good time, enjoyable hiking stories.
Day 2: Breakfast, morning hiking (4 hours), enjoyable lunch in nature. By the evening, we´ll arrive at a cozy accommondation where we´ll enjoy a shared dinner.
Day 3: Morning sunrise hike, breakfast, enjoying some relaxation and in the afternoon we´ll head back to Tallinn.
Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between.

Meals: 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners
Peace and quiet, breathtaking views, nature that enchants and authentic food prepared over a campfire. There are things that can`t be described with words only experienced and felt. Estonian nature is very clean, diverse and in some places very primeval.
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to the hotel, and exploration of Tallinn's Old Town. Shared dinner, having a good time, enjoyable hiking stories.
Day 2: Breakfast, in the morning, we´ll head out for a hike, exploring bogs and deep forests. We´ll cook over the campfire and spend the night in a cozy guesthouse. By the evening, we´ll arrive at a cozy accommodation where we´ll enjoy a shared dinner.
Day 3: Breakfast and in the morning we hiking again, campfire lunch and hiking again. We´ll enjoy the breathtaking Estonian nature and learn how to observe the wilderness. In the evening shared dinner in the hotel.
Day 4: Breakfast, in the morning, we´ll head out again for a hike. Exploring more nature. Eating lunch together and in the evening shared dinner at the hotel, sharing impressions and experiences.
Day 5: After breakfast, enjoyable return to Tallinn Airport. On the way back, we´ll make a brief stop for lunch.
To walk in nature is to witness a thousand miracles. Like any exercise, hiking is great for improving and supporting your physical and mental health. Hiking helps improve cardiovascular fitness, build muscle strength, and enhance overall physical endurance. And being out in nature has also got proven mental health benefits.
