CANOE - RIVER - SHORT
MAY - SEPTEMBER
Equipment: canoeing stuff
Clothing: canoeing clothes (warmer, lighter), casual clothes
Overnight stay: 2 nights (twin room)
Meals: 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners
Peace and quiet, breathtaking views, nature that enchants and authentic food prepared over a campfire. There are things that can`t be described with words only experienced and felt. Estonian nature is very clean, diverse and in some places very primeval. Wonderful rivers and enchanting views are practically made for canoeing.
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to the beautiful river. we´ll hike downstream along the river. By evening, we´ll arrive at the homestay and enjoy sauna. Shared dinner, having a good time, enjoyable canoeing stories.
Day 2: Breakfast, morning canoeing and haveing a nice lunch. We´ll hike downstream along the river again. In the evening we´ll arrive at the homestay and have a sauna. Professional tips and recommendations, enjoyable dinner, sharing impressions and experiences.
Day 3: After breakfast, enjoyable return to Tallinn Airport.
Canoeing provides a full-body workout that enhances both strength and endurance. Paddling works the muscles in your arms, shoulders, back, and core, improving upper body strength and stability. The repetitive motion helps build cardiovascular fitness while also improving balance and coordination. Additionally, it engages the legs for stabilization, offering a low-impact exercise that can improve flexibility and overall muscle tone.

Overnight stay: 4 nights (twin room) or camping
Meals: 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners
Peace and quiet, breathtaking views, nature that enchants and authentic food prepared over a campfire. There are things that can`t be described with words only experienced and felt. Estonian nature is very clean, diverse and in some places very primeval. Wonderful rivers and enchanting views are practically made for canoeing.
Day 1: Arrival, transfer to the hotel, and exploration of Tallinn's Old Town. Shared dinner, having a good time, enjoyable sports stories.
Day 2: Breakfast, morning walk and exercise in the Old Town park. Travel towards training place. Check-in at the hotel. In the evening, check the equipment and have a small training session. Professional tips and recommendations, enjoyable dinner.
Day 3:
Day 4: Shared dinner at the hotel, sharing impressions and experiences.
Day 5: After breakfast, enjoyable return to Tallinn Airport.
